At HomeHyped, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Once your order is placed, our team typically processes and dispatches it within 1-2 business days. Order processing and dispatch happen Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timelines After dispatch, delivery generally takes an additional 3-8 business days, depending on your pin code and location. Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee of INR 99/- will be applied at checkout.

Pricing All listed prices on our website are inclusive of applicable government taxes (GST). No hidden charges will be added at checkout apart from the COD fee (if applicable).

Force Majeure Clause HomeHyped will not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill any obligation under this policy if such delay or failure arises due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, fire, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, technical or network failures, or any other unforeseen event. We will make every effort to inform our customers promptly in case such situations affect order delivery.

Customer Conduct We value respectful communication. Any form of abusive language, threats, or misbehavior towards our support team will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
