Return & Exchange Policy

At HomeHyped, we offer a size exchange and damaged product exchange facility only. Please note that we do not offer exchange for color, design, or product change. If your item doesn't fit properly or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange by writing to us at support@homehyped.com within 48 hours of delivery being marked successful.

  • An exchange request can be raised only once per order. Customers must ship the item back to us within 24-48 hours of receiving it, in line with our hygiene guidelines. The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will go through a quality inspection. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items failing this check will not be exchanged and will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.
  • If the required size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit voucher instead, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, redeemable on any future purchase at HomeHyped.
  • Items marked as "Free Size" are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us clear photos/videos of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery. On verification, we will dispatch a replacement of the same item.
  • Return shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, categories like swimwear, bodysuits, loungewear, and lingerie are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstance.
  • The returned product remains the customer's responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. If we do not receive the returned parcel, it will be considered as not returned.
  • Items purchased during a sale/discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • PLEASE NOTE: HomeHyped does not offer refunds under any circumstances — only exchange or store credit as applicable.

HomeHyped reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request in the following cases:

  1. Request raised after the specified return window.
  2. Product does not belong to the HomeHyped brand/catalogue.
  3. Item falls under a non-returnable/non-exchangeable category.
  4. No proper exchange request/application was submitted.
  5. Product shows signs of customer-caused damage (e.g., makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, detergent residue, or odour).
  6. Item is packed poorly for return (e.g., tape applied directly onto the garment/product).

The following are NOT considered valid reasons for a damage/exchange claim:

  • Minor colour difference compared to website images
  • Slight variation in design/pattern/print placement
  • Size deviation within ± 3 cm from listed measurements
  • Small imperfections like loose threads or crease/fold marks
  • Damage caused by the customer while trying on the product
  • Personal dissatisfaction or change of preference
  • Simply not liking the product after receiving it
  • A particular size being out of stock at the time of order
