Home Hyped Exchange & Return Policy

At Home Hyped, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure product quality and hygiene, we offer Size Exchange and Damaged Product Replacement only. We do not offer refunds, color exchanges, product exchanges, or returns based on personal preference.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Size Exchange

If you receive a product that does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 48 hours of the delivery being marked as successful.

To request an exchange, please email our support team at:

Include your:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Required Size

  • Clear photos of the product


2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our return address within 24 to 48 hours after receiving exchange approval.

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • Unaltered

    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

After receiving the parcel, our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect the product before approving the exchange.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will be rejected, and the same item will be returned to the customer at their expense.


3. If the Requested Size Is Unavailable

If the required size is out of stock, Home Hyped may issue a Store Credit Voucher equal to the product value.

The voucher:

  • Can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Cannot be converted into cash.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must share:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened

Once verified, we will send a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the specified time may not be accepted.


5. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Free Size products

  • Clearance or Sale items

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

These purchases are considered final.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending eligible exchange items back to our warehouse unless the exchange is due to a verified damaged or incorrect product sent by Home Hyped.


7. Customer Responsibility

Returned products remain the customer's responsibility until they are safely delivered to our warehouse.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the shipment receipt or tracking details until your exchange is completed.

Home Hyped will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.


8. No Refund Policy

Home Hyped follows a strict No Refund Policy.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Any reason not covered under our exchange policy

Eligible cases will only be processed as an exchange or store credit, wherever applicable.


9. Exchange Requests May Be Rejected If

Home Hyped reserves the right to decline exchange requests in the following situations:

  • The request is made after the permitted time period.

  • The returned product is not purchased from Home Hyped.

  • The item belongs to a non-exchangeable category.

  • The product is returned without prior approval.

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, odors, or other customer-caused damage.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The product is returned in damaged or unsuitable packaging.

  • The parcel is received in unacceptable condition during quality inspection.


10. The Following Are Not Considered Manufacturing Defects

The following situations are considered normal and are not treated as product defects:

  • Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Slight differences in print placement, texture, stitching, or finishing.

  • Measurement variations within approximately ±3 cm.

  • Minor loose threads or natural fabric creases.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or usage.

  • Personal dislike regarding style, material, or appearance.

  • Ordering the wrong size.

  • Temporary stock unavailability after placing an order.


11. Policy Updates

Home Hyped reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Exchange & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website will always be considered the applicable policy.
